When Rajmar guides a healing meditation he is able to move his human ego consciousness out of the way and an amazing Being of Spiritual Love and Healing comes through him. The healing energy is palpable and tangible and facilitates profound healing, release and transformation. Today will be my 6th session with Rajmar.  Being a compulsive wordsmith, it’s strange that I have totally resisted  not only speaking to others about the process, but even writing about it in my own interior work.

Today’s the day:
At first, I eagerly scheduled sessions a week apart, for the experience was so amazing and lifechanging.  Then, I spaced them out monthly or so, as I felt the effects go deeper. Even now, it’s difficult to put into words–and also, a joy to not have had to associate words with the real, visceral, kinesthetic changes that have happened.

Simply put–my ‘container’ has been cleansed, enlarged, revivified.  Old wounds, old scar tissue pulled away and dissolved, and fresh blood and energy now flow to those calcified, decades-old wounds suffered so early in childhood, when we all felt things before we thought them.

My container can now hold so much more–now expanded, refreshed, it is no longer a defensive protective cloak, nursing old wounds;  but a living, breathing, permeable organ of life, love, light.  Flow, not stasis.

Truth can sound corny.  But truth it is.  I am full of gratitude.

I had experienced a spate of unfortunate events, deaths of family and friends etc, earlier in the year, and found myself moving into a beautiful, new apartment in Manhattan, with a heavy heart. I was considering feng-shui, and other ideas, when I got introduced to the youthful, easygoing Rajmar SonRa. A living shaman? Unlikely I thought. But there was a sincerity, intelligence, and genuineness I liked and heard, and so I invited him to do an energy cleansing of my home. I was not sure what to expect, but knew from my experience of a personal, one-on-one session with him, that it would be refreshing.

Rajmar brought his cheerful, comforting presence to bear…breezed into my home with a sage bundle, native drums, and his friendly smile. He spent time talking with me, and imbibing the essence of the place and its vibes. He reassured me that there was going to be nothing alarming or untoward, closed his eyes, breathed deeply, and I watched through the whole process, as he rose to his feet, testing the space around him, vibrating with his shamanic powers… hypnotically, mesmerically chanting, wooing, praying, defying, dispelling the darkness, challenging, summoning the negative energies around us to depart my home. I could feel his passion and dedication, genuinely lost in the ‘other planes’, speaking in tongues I understood not… working from room to room, for the better part of  three hours! I could feel the heaviness and darkness lift in my apartment. The sun broke through. It was a Saturday afternoon in summer.  And with the cleansing, sweet sage wafting in the air, and Rajmar’s transcendental interactions, I felt a great sense of peace. I immediately noticed the lightness, brightness in my home; actually felt a lifting of darkness and depression.  My new home has been filled with great, good, clean energy, sunshine and happiness. I can feel the positive vibes daily.

As soon Rajmar started the clearing, I could feel energy shifting.  Almost immediately I saw an American Indian medicine man’s spirit working with Rajmar, and felt another spirit behind my head. Within a few seconds I could feel this grey energy coming out of my body, first of all just from my hands, feet and mouth, as I realized my pores were clogged, then after pores were open this grey energy was pouring out of me.

Rajmar’s clearing allowed me to release four entitles making my body their unwelcome home. The first one came out of my solar plexus. It was female energy and was dressed in white flowing gown and almost looked like an angel when it floated up to a stained-glass window then disappeared. Even though the energy was pleasant, I knew that it was not part of me, so released it.

The second one also came out of my solar plexus and seemed innocuous as it was just a plain male face and shoulders and left without any fanfare.

The third entity came out of my abdomen and was the ugliest thing I’ve every seen. Something like a bunch of warts in a vaguely human form. It too left easily.

The fourth entity was firmly entrenched at the top of my neck where it meets the skull. Not only was it in my neck, it’s “tail” went down my spine and was curled around my intestines. Once the entity was disconnected, it took a few minutes to uncurl the rest of it from my body.

On the way home, I realized the angelic-type entity and the really ugly one were ancestral entitles; the one in white from my mother’s side, and the ugly one was from my father’s lineage.

For the next week or so I was still clearing. I would feel energy or emotions rising up and realize it was coming up to be released and would do so. Also, I realized a couple of days later, that a vertebrae in my upper spine that had be lock in place for years (even my chiropractor could not budge it) was now lose and no longer caused me any pain.

Also, I feel more calm in general since the clearing. Thank you Rajmar !!

I am doing well !  I’ll tell you, I definitely felt lighter when I left!  Not tired, just relaxed and light!  When I was on my way to the session I actually was tired, so I felt heavy and I didn’t really have any expectations. Then when we were in the room, it was dark (as expected) and I went into a meditation and stayed focused!  I wasn’t tired then either.  And when I left I was just very light and relaxed.

I also remember feeling like I “love” myself!  It was strange because that “thought” came out of nowhere, I usually don’t think like that!  I was surprised I felt it.

My main reason for booking a session with Rajmar was simple curiosity, and I didn’t really expect any profound outcome. Lying down on a table with my eyes closed while R was moving about in the room around me, my initial reaction was: “Well, I’m not so sure there is any real merit to this approach, but I do sense that this person genuinely wants to help, and I feel like I’m in caring hands.” Gradually, as R held his hands above the chakra points on my body while reciting a mix of English words and some unknown language, I felt that my third eye and crown chakra opened to allow energy to flush out of me, a sensation I have previously often had during meditation or while in a flow state in my painting studio. Thus, while what occurred during the session felt pleasant and comforting, it was nothing new to me, and so I felt a little disappointed.

Thinking that this was it, I was not at all prepared for what happened the following day: back in the same room where the session had been conducted, I sat down to contemplate a canvas in progress. I immediately started rocking back and forth in a way I also recognized from previous experience with meditation: it feels as though a rope of light links my crown chakra to some other realm, and I am being snapped back and forth on this string, much like a rag doll. But this time, there was also an entirely new sensation, unlike anything I’ve ever felt before: an accumulation of heat at the bottom of my spine. Initially, there was something slightly sexual about this feeling, as the ball of warmth seemed to originate somewhere around my anus. Gradually, a jet of heat started ascending along my spine, and each time it passed through a chakra point, it felt as though that particular energy center got activated. When the jet reached my heart chakra, I had a sensation of sitting inside my own chest bathed in warm, green light while the walls expanded all around me. When the stream hit my third eye, I had such an overwhelming sensation of heat shooting out of my forehead that I instinctively held my hand out in front of me, and physically felt the warm ray striking my palm. Having traveled all the way from my root to my top, the beam of fire finally blazed through my crown chakra, at which point I felt like my entire skull burst open to the universe around me, and I was flooded with white light and a sense of love. At this point, I was crying.

This sensation stayed with me for many days, however gradually diminished in intensity: each time I sat down in that particular chair, I would start rocking, and it felt as though all my chakras were lighting up along my spine to call attention to their presence. While I had previously sensed the reality of the four upper chakras and experienced their active workings during meditation (and sometimes when creating art), I had never before felt any connection to the lower three, and was amazed to realize that I now had (and still have) a very physical sensation of their individual locations in my body – at this point, I can feel their presence in the same way that I am aware of my limbs.

As for what effects this singular experience may have on my daily life: for one, I believe I’ve become better able to accept whatever life throws my way. Up until this point, it was always my instinct to force my way through obstacles to go through with my intentions, at whatever cost and sacrifice (I’m a marathon runner, if that explains anything). Now I’m thinking that if there is resistance, I need to listen, as there may be other plans in place for me that have yet to be revealed. I have a joyous sense of having found the path I need to follow, which translates into greater confidence and contentment, as well as more affection for other people.

Dear Rajmar,
Thank you so much for the energetic clearing you did of my new apartment & studio. I am flourishing in the absolute serenity that now resides in the space, supporting me and my creative endeavors.

I now have students coming here for art lessons. I was blessing you this week as a new youngster with special needs came for the first time. He was screaming in our vintage elevator, scared by the bumpity ride & overwhelmed by being in an unfamiliar place. His distress disappeared as he walked into my place & sighed deeply. He immediately took off his shoes and went across the space to the windows declaring, “wow, an art lesson at sunset….that’s very special.” While I made the space, activities & my approach welcoming, I am certain that the energetic clarity of the space from your cleansing of it made a tremendous, palpable difference for this super-sensitive child. Really, he settled into calm responsiveness even before I had a chance to close the door & say a proper “hello”. The calm lasted the entire lesson, and my scared student left commenting on coming weekly. His caretakers remarked on how “completely at home” he was throughout the lesson.

Greatest thing is, the feeling of clear, calm peacefulness is here all the time! Even the considerable street noise does not seem to tarnish the energy in my space. Almost everyone who has visited here has in one way or another commented spontaneously on the wonderful atmosphere. It is a delight to watch them relax into it. I’m so happy & grateful to have an oasis to share, and to dwell in it myself!
